If your item arrives damaged or is not working, kindly contact our Customer Support at email@example.com within 3 days of the order being received. Customers must send sufficient evidence such as clear photos and videos (preferred) of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging within 3 days of the order being received along with Order Number. Our team will inspect the issue with your product and reship you the product or initiate the refund for your transaction. After 3 Days, you will not be eligible for 3 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy.
Under any circumstances, please do NOT send your product back to the manufacturer. This will invalidate any guarantee and make getting a refund or replacement unattainable, as the manufacturer does NOT process or deal with this type of request. The return address will be provided by Customer Support once your return/replacement request is processed.
Products Not as Described
At Raven Shoot, we take care that we show our customers real products through videos so that they can better understand the products. Contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photo/videos if you feel the product is different than the described video to support your claim. Depending on your claim, you will be eligible for partial/full refund.
Custom made merchandise
Sales items (only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items CANNOT be refunded)
Replacement items (if applicable) We will only replace items that are found to be defective or damaged. Do NOT send ANY item back to us or the manufacturer. Contact the customer service department FIRST.
The returned item should be in perfect condition and should be sent back along with the invoice and the original, untainted packaging. No labels or tags should have been removed. Nothing should have been written or drawn on it.
The product will be thoroughly examined to make sure your claims are right. We reserves the right to refuse replacement in case your claims are found to be suspicious or wrong in any way. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, Raven Shoot retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the shipping, cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be in good condition.
During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs during the items return to China (if product was shipped from China). In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
Refunds are provided only if you placed an order with us and the paid amount was deducted from your bank account but your order didn’t get confirmed. In that case, we will refund the amount to you only after the bank/payment gateway provider sends us confirmation of your claims. After we get the confirmation, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
We offer 30-Day Money back option if the package was not opened and the customer no longer needs it. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) and should return the package in original untainted packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for entering correct address. If the package is lost due to incorrect address, we will not be responsible to send you another package. However, if the package is returned back to us, we will send it back to correct address with additional shipping charges paid by the customer. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order if you need to change the address.
Shipping Delay Refunds
We offer refunds of shipping fee due to delays more than 45 days to customers who have paid extra for shipping. Customers who have chosen FREE SHIPPING will NOT be eligible for any refunds due to delay less than 50 days due in shipping
**Items that have been shipped with updated tracking ID, but not delivered within 60 business days will be eligible for a refund subject to management discussion.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 3 days after the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
